In the Ticket Management module; With the Quick Ticket option, you can create tickets by entering your customers' information without making them wait, and enable the customers to make the best use of their time. With the Create option, you will have the option to enter the customers' information in more detail. You can also access the following information in this module;
- You can keep track of your customers, how much the transaction fee is, how much is received from the customer as an advance and how much is left.
- You can see which hotel your customer is staying at and you can find the dates and times to be processed here.
- You can find out which type of ticket (Tattoo, Piercing, etc.) your customers have done here.
- In this module, you can see the status of the tickets (Pending, Approved, Completed) and switch between these states.
- If your business has more than one branch, you can filter between branches and obtain detailed information about what transactions are made in which branch.
- While creating a ticket, you will be able to save the customers' mobile number, e-mail address, and the hotel they are staying at. Also, if the customer needs a transfer, you can enter it and you can create a better impression for the customer by picking up the customer from the hotel where he is staying.
- When creating a ticket, you can add people who work as an intermediary and a commissioner, so you will be able to calculate how much they will be charged for the ticket entered.
- You can add more than one tattoo artist or piercing artist for the process performed in this module. There may be more than one tattoo artist application in some tattoos. Therefore, this module offers you the opportunity to enter and control more than one tattoo artist into the system.
- In this module, you can also upload photos of the procedure (tattoo, piercing) and create an example for the operations to be done later.
- You also have the opportunity to print out the tickets saved in this module as an Excel or Pdf file.
